BigVoid Records

The grey areas, the in-beweens,

and the yet to be seens.

Life can be too hard, too short and far too monotonous to go it alone. This simple sentiment became the driving force behind the formation of BigVoid Records in 2020. A web of creative friends found that by pooling their skills, ideas and resources they could create a whole much greater than the sum of its parts. 

As our world rapidly shifts around us, and vistas of anti-racist, queer friendly, and all around more inclusive futures becomes more clearly visible, the members of BigVoid feel compelled to forge new collective avenues for artists of all mediums, genres and identities. BigVoid is about the grey areas, the in-betweens, and the yet to be seens. Art that doesn’t fit neatly into any one lane, doesn’t restrict itself by genre and is unrestrained by convention. Though we are taking our first steps as a record label, we envision a future as a wider platform that could help not only ourselves but anyone else who would like to contribute or collaborate. With current members spanning the west coast of America, the artists behind BigVoid venture to deliver unique styles, voices, and experiences to express the complex nature of the world we find ourselves in.
